Like... What's New?
November 12 2000, Sunday
- finally got around to adding the dustjacket for "Stars In The Rear View Mirror"... which contains spoilers, btw. So it has its own link. :)
- also finally updated my links page (it only took me one year!), evidently in an attempt to avoid doing proper work. Let's hear it for procrastination!
On A Personal Note:
It's pretty evident that I haven't posted anything proper in a
while, and yes, I have to put forward the excuse of life
intruding into fic-writing time as usual. I've got fic bits that
have been pretty much completely invalidated by the Requiem
revelation, so I'll probably put those up in the WIP or a new
Odds 'n Ends section at some point soon. In the meantime, I am
embroiled in work and college life, which probably means no fic
for a while yet. Everyone in the States, enjoy Season 8 as much
as you can, and think of me while you do. ;)

On A Personal Note:
Well, the last thing I expected was another update so soon, but
here we are. Exactly a month after the last update too! I've been
crazy-busy since early April, and I foresee nothing but more
crazy-busyness for the months to come. This might be the last
posted story for a while, folks, but I promise I'll be back. I
hope that's a good thing to hear. ;)

Well, hello... <g> Again, it's been ages since I've
updated, but welll... it's also been ages since I've written
another story. So I guess it all evens out. I'm not doing a very
good job of keeping myself unspoiled for S7 (currently showing in
the States), but I guess I'll stick to writing post-eps for S6.
Will also try to make site more interesting soon (e.g. with
links)... whenever self becomes more interesting. ;)

I know it's been ages since I've updated, or had a new story up.
I've been crazy-busy lately, and cutting down on my
writing/posting a lot. I'll try and update the links section of
this site soon, and once I can get off my lazy bum, will put up a
fic recs page. :)

- added a brand new story throughout the site, "Past Melting".
Note About This Story:
I'd been wanting to write a story about Fowley for a long time,
even though I hate(d) her guts. I simply couldn't believe that
the same people who gave us characters as beautifully complex as
M&S could possibly come up with her, a plot device with no
real reason for existence... save to come between our two heroes.
It was supposed to be a Biogenesis post-ep, but that failed to
materialise... instead, I've written this. And I really have to
thank Dreamshaper (yes, again) for her endless
encouragement and beta-reading beyond the call of duty. You don't
want to know how many times I contemplated trashing the entire
story. ;)

- announcing a brand new look for my site! Instead of just black background and white text, there is now black background, white text, and black-and-white pictures!!! :):)
On A Personal Note:
These pictures are =exclusive to my site=, and I
don't think I could stress that enough. I am particularly proud
of them because these are original drawings by my very
talented sister... if anyone wants to send feedback about the
artwork, please write to her.

On A Personal Note:
I've been intending to do this for a long time, and now I finally
have. These stories will be undergoing revision, as long as I
have the time and energy to work through them all again (and
hopefully with beta readers this time! <eg>). I
can't make any promises about when they'll be up, because I
honestly don't know myself. If you really insist on
reading some of my most embarrassing work, there's always
Gossamer. The text version listing of my stories is still complete. Personally,
I don't intend to link to these stories until they're better than
before. Thanks very much for understanding, everyone, and sorry
for any inconvenience caused.

On A Personal Note:
Trying desperately to avoid getting down to work, though I don't
have much time left before my essay deadline. I just can't bear
to think of the reading I have left to do before I can write my
essay(s)!!!
Stuff I Intend To Update:
I really do! My site might be going through a minor rehaul over
the next few weeks, if I get the chance. I'll be redesigning it,
adding some pics which will be exclusive to my site -- if I ever
get them scanned in. Plus, I'll be updating the links section (like I've been promising),
and I might pull some of my earlier stories off the site for
revision (also like I've been promising). Stay tuned!

On A Personal Note:
This will probably be my last update for ages <huge sigh>.
I've just begun my first year at university, and although I'm
only in my first week, I can already tell I won't have much time
left for the XFic world. That doesn't mean I'm retiring or
anything drastic like that, heaven forbid! <g> I'll be
around for a bit yet... just not right now. Enjoy the story,
anyway.

I'm finally home from my second camp, and am taking the chance to
throw another story up on my page. Not one of my best, in my
personal opinion, but I just can't think of a way to make it
better. More coming soon, though. Will be updating Season Six
list soon.

I'm home from my first camp, but not for long. Tomorrow morning,
I'm off again, for a long and bitter week this time. No
new updates at all during that time, I suppose, and I'll be
missing Biogenesis too!! :( But there are new stories in
the works, so just hang in there!

I'll be away from my computer over the next week and a half,
doing remarkably silly things in jungles and mud pits (i.e. I'm
going camping!). There won't be updates during that period,
obviously, though I still welcome all your feedback. It'll take
me a while to get back to you though. :)

I'll be back soon (I hope!), and there'll be new stories coming
in. I'll also put more links in, to some of my favourite authors' homes on
the Net. Watch for those!! Plus a link to my newest possessions,
